So, it's Valentines Day 3.30am and I'm screwing around internet to waste time. Unfortunately this has made me even more cynical because one of my 'friends' keeps sending me anti muslim emails. It bothers me that so many people are clueless about what is really happening in the world and what the lives of people so different to them is really like.
This friend is a married 26 year old with no career prospects and spends most of her time with her husband and lame middle class suburban beach type friends.
These emails have information about how much aid Australia send to other countries which just happen to have a large muslim population. In my opinion the main religion of a counrty should not determine whether we send them help when they need it.
Ok that rant is over. I'm putting up some pictures to remind myself there is some beauty in the world even though it may be a bit hard to find sometimes. Listening to The Antlers also helps :)
